The NRP has released the latest list of impaired driving offenders.
Three people are facing impaired driving charges following R.I.D.E. spot checks in Niagara.
Between November 15th and the 21st, one person each from Whitby, Niagara Falls and Kenmore, New York, were arrested for impaired driving, refusing to provide a breath or blood sample, or having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
Each person's license was also suspended for 90 day.
The NRP says impaired driving is the leading cause of criminal deaths in the country.
