Robert Kirley matched all seven numbers in the May 27th draw, winning him one million dollars.
The 66-year-old retired public servant plans to do some home renovations, buy a car and doing some travelling when restrictions lift.
The winning ticket was bought at Avondale in Crystal Beach.
