Police are investigating 16 reports of damage to parked cars in Welland and Pelham.

Police have released another photo of a suspect wanted in connection to the break-ins.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 905-688-4111,
The suspect is described as follows:
- Male
- White
- 18-25 years
- 6’0" tall
- Thin build
- Wearing a black puffy winter jacket
- Wearing black track pants
- Wearing a winter toque
The vehicle the suspect is operating is described as follows:
- Grey
- 4 door sedan
- Believed to be a Honda Civic

Police are asking for your help to identify a suspect wanted in connection to a string of mischief incidents.
The NRP is investigating 16 reports of damage to parked cars in Pelham and Welland.
Detectives say they suspect all of the damage was done between 1:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. on November 29th.
It's believed the suspect broke the windows with a tool.
The target locations in the City of Welland are listed as follows:
- Autumn Crescent / Oakcrest Avenue
- Heritage Lane / Countryside Drive
The target locations in the Town of Pelham are listed as follows:
- Rolling Meadows Boulevard / Vista Drive / Berkwood Place
- Cherry Ridge Boulevard / Sandra Drive
- Oakridge Boulevard / Concord Street
The suspect is described as follows:
- Male
- White
- Thin build
- Wearing a winter jacket with the hood up
The vehicle the suspect is operating is described as follows:
- Dark colour
- 4 door sedan
- Possibly a Honda Civic
Anyone in the above neighbourhoods is asked to check any security footage they may have for suspicious activity.
