One student hospitalized with critical injuries
A shooting at a Toronto high school has sent a Grade 10 student to hospital in critical condition.
Just after noon, police were called to Weston Collegiate Institute.
Investigators say the student was approached by a group of males in a car, and was shot in the upper chest.
He then went back into the school and received help from staff until emergency crews arrived.
No descriptions have been provided, and police are asking witnesses to come forward.
