Niagara Regional Police release latest impaired driving stats.
Five people are facing impaired driving charges after R.I.D.E. spot checks in Niagara.
Police say two people from Niagara Falls, and one person each from Thorold, St. Catharines and Orangeville were busted between January 10th to the 16th.
The individuals were charged for impaired driving by drugs or alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, or refusing to provide a breath or blood sample.
Each person also received a 90 day license suspension.
