Nominations Open for 2023 Trillium Awards

The awards honour excellence in landscape design, maintenance and beautification in Niagara Falls

Nominations are now open for the 2023 Trillium Awards.

The City of Niagara Falls has teamed up with Niagara Peninsula Energy and the Environmental Action Committee for this year's festivities.

The Awards program recognizes excellence in landscape design, maintenance and beautification.

Residents can nominate properties, including their own, until July 1st.

Judges will score submissions based on the following criteria:

Principles of Design
Turf
Quality of Maintenance & Plant Diversity
Hardscaping Features
Unique Features
Environmental Issues

In September, a ceremony will take place for the winners.
