Police say a car hit a hydro pole early Saturday in St. Catharines, near water treatment plant
A 24-year old Welland man is fighting for his life in hospital after a car hit a hydro pole on the Welland Canal Parkway.
Police were called to the single vehicle crash Saturday morning just after 6:30, near the water treatment plant.
The driver was taken to hospital, but his condition has been getting worse, he's now in critical condition with life threatening injuries.
Police add there's no evidence at this time another vehicle was involved.
