Police say charges include exposing genitals to someone under 16-years old
A St. Catharines man has been charged with a number of sexual assault offences after an investigation.
Police were called last Saturday concerning a sexual assault, leading to the Child Abuse Unit taking over and identifying 23-year old Michael Silvester-Proulx as the suspect.
They arrested him yesterday, charged with sexual assault and sexual interference, exposing genitals to someone under 16, assault, and not complying with probation.
He has a bail hearing today.
