Police have arrested Brandon Fitzgerald, and charged him with 2nd degree murder.
He is in police custody with a bail hearing today.

Police have arrested Alexander Piccirillo.
He was taken into custody earlier today in Niagara Falls, and will stay in custody pending a bail hearing tomorrow.

Police are asking for help in the search for 2 men from Niagara Falls wanted for 2nd degree murder.
Early Thursday evening, police were called to a business on Lundy's Lane, near Hanan Avenue in Niagara Falls, for an assault.
They found a man without vital signs, but paramedics were able to revive those, and he was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
Police learned who the wanted suspects are, 31-year old Brandon Fitzgerald, and 46-year old Alexander Piccirillo.
However, police say the victim, 37-year old Matthew Mcara sadly died earlier today, resulting in the homicide unit taking over.
Police believe this was a targeted assault, and are asking business owners and residents in the Lundy's Lane and Hanan Avenue area of Niagara Falls to review video footage for any clue
