Senior suffered skull facture during protest
The two Buffalo police officers accused of pushing a 75 year old protestor to the ground two years ago, have been cleared of any wrongdoing by an arbitrator.
The arbitrator ruling that he could see no evidence the two officers, Aaron Torgalski and Robert McCabe, intended to injure Martin Gugino during the protest on June 4th, 2020 in Niagara Square.
Video of the incident shows Gugino approaching the officers on the steps of Buffalo City Hall.
That's when the two cops shove Gugino backwards and he falls to the ground suffering a skull fracture
Last year a grand jury dismissed the case refusing to lay formal charges against the pair.
