Case has been put over while Kauldhaur's mental health is assessed
The woman accused of killing three people, including 47 year old Lance Cunningham of Niagara Falls made a brief court appearance yesterday.
30 year old Sabrina Kauldhar appeared virtually from custody in front of a justice of the peace, her lawyer raising concerns about her mental fitness.
Her lawyer says she's applied for legal aid but requires further assistance to follow up on and requested medical attention.
Her case has now been moved to mental health court where a physician will be able to do an assessment.
Her next appearance is slated for October 17th.
She's facing one count of first degree murder and two counts of second degree murder.
Niagara Police Chief Bill Fordy told reporters Kauldhar fit the description of a serial killer during a news conference last week.
