Good news for people who take Welland Transit!
The City of Welland says Welland Transit will resume full service on Sunday, September 5th.
The service will operate Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday and holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
These hours also accommodate provisions for warming and cooling centres.
As well, anyone travelling to get a COVID-19 shot can ride for free.
Passes and ride cards can be bought at the downtown terminal at 160 East Main Street in Welland or the Seaway Mall.
