18 year old in hospital
Police in Welland are investigating after they were called to a disturbance Friday night around 11:00 in the area of Thorold and Rice Road.
When they arrived, officers found an 18 year old man suffering from a stab wound.
He was taken to a local hospital then airlifted to an out of town trauma centre.
His condition has since been upgraded to stable.
Police have identified two suspects under the age of 18.
It's believed the stabbing was targeted; the victim and suspects are known to one another.
