A Welland man is celebrating after a big win on an instant game.
Sixty-year-old Raymond Dionne won $250,000 on Instant Sonic Multiplier.
He plans to pay off some bills and live a lot better for the rest of his life.
He bought his winning ticket at Marcel's Variety in Welland.
