Police say Andre Morgan could be in Niagara
Police need your help to track down a federal inmate wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for breaching his parole.
They say 34-year old Andre Morgan is wanted, serving a 4-year, 5 month sentence for drug trafficking, and is known to show up in Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara and Peel regions.
Police say he is black, about 5'2, 140lbs, with long, black dreadlock hair, brown eyes, and usually has facial hair.
He has tattoos of "ADM", "KADM" and "Stars" on his left arm.
