Study points to "neglect"
If you haven't been vaccinated against COVID-19, a new study suggests you're at increase risk of being in a car crash.
The study published in the American Journal of Medicine tested if that was the case in Ontario.
Lead investigator Doctor Donald Redelmeier says investigators theorized that adults who neglect health recommendations may also neglect basic road safety guidelines.
He adds they found traffic risks were 50 to 70% greater for adults not vaccinated, compared to those who are vaccinated.
