The third annual Birds on the Niagara International Celebration of Winter Birds is about to take place.
The event will take place this coming Friday to Sunday.
Guests from around the world will be able to enjoy the celebration virtually this year, at no cost.
The event was created to celebrate the winter presence of birds and the nature that sustains them.
The festivities will kickoff on Friday at 6 PM with a meet and greet and silent auction for Buffalo Audubon and Birds on the Niagara.
Other programming will include a family focused session on winter backyard birding and a keynote speech from conservationist Dr. J. Drew Lanham.
