The city of Hamilton returns to the grey lockdown category of the provinces restrictions today.

But the province is modifying some of the restrictions in the grey stage.

Starting today, outdoor fitness classes will be allowed to resume with a maximum of 10 people.

Personal care services, including hair and nail salons will be able to operate on an appointment-basis at less than 25 per cent capacity or five patrons starting April 12.

When asked if he should be dialing it back instead because of the increasing cases of the virus, the Premier replied people are tired and need a little bit of fresh air.
