UPDATE Feb 4: Second suspect surrenders to police
Update Feb 4:
Two 16-year old boys from St. Catharines are facing 1st degree murder charges in relation to the death of 31-year old Raymond Riley.
The second youth surrendered to police today, and remains in custody pending a bail hearing tomorrow in Hamilton.
Police add they are thankful to the public for their assistance in helping with this case.

Two teenagers have been identified, and one arrested, in connection to the murder of a 31-year old man.
Police say a 16-year old St. Catharines boy was arrested today, and faces a 1st degree murder charge in the death of Raymond Riley.
The suspect is in custody pending a bail hearing tomorrow in Hamilton.
Police add they are still looking for a second suspect, also under the age of 18.
Due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, their identities are not allowed to be released.

Police in Niagara are asking for your help to identify two suspects wanted in connection to a murder.
On August 26th, 2022, 31 year old Raymond Riley was assaulted in the area of Riordan Street and Division Street in St. Catharines.
On September 8th, he died of his injuries in hospital.
Police have seized video footage of the suspects, and are asking anyone who can identify the suspects to come forward.
