The Canadian economy added 10,000 jobs last month.
Statistics Canada is reporting a slight drop in the unemployment rate.
The agency says the rate was at 5.1 percent last month, which is down from 5.2 percent in October.
The economy added about 10,000 jobs.
Employment in several industries grew, including finance, real estate and manufactuing.
The agency also notes the employment rate among women of working age hit a record high of 81.6 percent.
