P.C. Urgent Care to close for 16 hours
The Port Colborne Urgent Care Centre is going to be temporarily closed this weekend due to staffing shortage.
The Centre says it'll be a 16 hour overnight period, starting Saturday afternoon at 4, reopening Sunday at 8am.
It adds this is a last resort, despite exhaustive efforts, including asking for help from outside the region.
The Centre says as with other hospitals across Ontario, it is working hard to align services with available staff.
