The NRP tells us officers on foot found the 69 year old woman, three hours after she wandered away on foot.
Sixty-nine year old Mary Renee (Renette) Ward has wandered away from her home near Hazel Street and Willow Street.
Police are asking the public to keep an eye out for her.
