St. Catharines residents can provide their input as the city considers a change to its Official Land Use Plan.
It would allow select industrial properties to be converted for residential or mixed use purposes.
This would cover the redevelopment of a 50 acre property on Ontario Street.
The city is unable to host an open house due to the pandemic, so it has posted a video on Engage STC instead.
Residents have until Thursday August 27th to provide their input.
