St. Catharines continues to open its doors under stage three.
The Port Weller Community Centre will reopen tomorrow, which is ahead of schedule since staff are already on hand for the nearby splash pad.
There will be some recreational activities offered and modified programming.
The St. Catharines Museum and Welland Canals Centre will reopen on Tuesday with limits on capacity and time slots booked in advance.
Washrooms at Happy Rolph's Animal Farm will reopen on the 31st with the area to be used as passive park space.
Animals will not return to the farm this season.
City Hall will reopen for pre-booked appointments starting on August 10th.
