St. Catharines Mayor Releases Expense List

As is his custom, Walter Sendzik has made public his annual expense and gift log.

In a release, Sendzik noting he has worked hard throughout the pandemic to find savings including limiting travel and expenditures.

According to the City of St. Catharines Code of Conduct, members of City Council must disclose gifts that exceed $300 in value

Last year, the Mayor filed one disclosure with the City Clerk for a gift of this value, two tickets worth a combined $370 to attend the Icewine Gala.

The mayor took two trips, pre pandemic, last year one to Washington D.C. and the other to Quebec City.
