A couple from the Garden City has a quarter of a million reasons to smile.
Zef and Lula Gaci of St. Catharines are the big winners of $250,000.
The couple won the money from the July 28th draw of Hit or Miss.
They plan to use some of the money to chase their dream of winning millions playing the lottery.
