The City of St. Catharines has decided to suspend it's spring programs indefinitely.
Online registration was supposed to begin today and in-person registration was supposed to kick off on Wednesday.
All city facilities remain closed at this time, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
City staff will try to reschedule and reformat the programs, once everything re-opens.
