Northern Niagara towards Hamilton could see up to 30 centimetres into tomorrow morning.
Periods of heavy snow and hazardous driving conditions are expected.
The weather agency says travel will be impacted by accumulating and blowing snow.
A significant impact is expected on rush hour traffic.
