Survivors and victims to give statements
A sentencing hearings gets underway today for the driver of a van who killed 10 people in a brutal attack in Toronto four years ago.
Eight women and two men died on April 23rd, 2018 when 25 year old Alek Minassian, deliberately drove a rented van down a busy sidewalk.
The sentencing hearing for Minassian is expected to last several days.
He was found guilty last year of 10 counts of first degree murder and 16 counts of attempted murder.
