Two suspects remain on the loose.
Police have made a second arrest in connection to an armed robbery at a gas station in Grimsby.
Around 4:37 a.m. on August 1st, three suspects entered the Petro Canada location on South Service Road between Industrial Drive and Casablanca Boulevard.
One of the suspects was armed with a handgun, and another had bear spray.
A shot was fired at an employee who escaped, but the staff member wasn't hurt.
Earlier today, police arrested 24 year old Marcus Roy of Hamilton.
He was located in the area of Barton Street and Centennial Parkway in Hamilton.
Roy faces the following charges:
- Robbery (Firearm)
- Disguise with Intent
- Discharge Firearm with Intent to Wound, Endanger Life or Prevent Arrest
- Possession of a Firearm, Weapon, or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
A bail hearing will take place tomorrow.
Last week, alleged getaway driver Rebecca Collingwood turned herself into police.
