The District School Board of Niagara says the first case was confirmed Friday night and another last night.
The entire school was deep-cleaned over the weekend.
Staff and students who have come in contact with the two individuals have been notified and told to self-isolate for 14 days.
Public Health will go to do a thorough assessment at the school today.
Eastdale and the DSBN will work with public health to make sure all health and safety protocols are in place.
