Clinics a partnership between Niagara Public Health and both school boards
Students who have yet to get a COVID-19 shot or need a second dose are welcome to attend a number of clinics starting this morning and running until September 3rd across the region.
The clinics are in response to an Ontario directive requiring schools to offer vaccine clinics in an effort to get more students inoculated.
Niagara Public Health says, although students will receive priority for vaccination, the pop-ups will be open to walk-ins from all eligible residents.
The first clinic opens this morning at St. Catharines Collegiate at 10 am.
Meantime, Niagara Health announcing its COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at the St. Catharines Site is open today.
Walk-ins are welcome for first or second doses between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (closed between 12 and 1 p.m.), or book a same day or future appointment.
