The City of Port Colborne has announced new guidelines in accordance with Niagara's Grey-Lockdown level of the province's COVID-19 framework.
City Hall will continue to serve residents by appointment.
In-person appointments can be made for essential and time sensitive services, but residents are encouraged to retain services remotely.

Vale Health & Wellness Centre continues to be closed to the public as well as YMCA programs and services.
Curbside pickup only remains an option at the Port Colborne Public Library.
Additionally, the Port Colborne Historical and Marine Museum remains closed, but anyone who wants to book a tour for after the lockdown ends can call 905-834-7604.
