Police tell us Natalie Fudge was last seen on Monday, in the Dunn Street and Drummond Road area of Niagara Falls. Police do not know what her means of travel is.
Natalie is white, about 5'1, with brown eyes, and wears black, framed glasses. She also has long, straight, brown hair.
She was last known to be wearing a red tank top, black coat, white checkered pajama pants, along with white running shoes and carrying a bag.
Police and her caregivers are concerned for her welfare.
