Pelham Council approves next year's budget
Pelham Town Council has passed the 2026 budget, which Mayor Marvin Junkin says
will come in at about 3.7%... or less.
About 1.5% of the tax increase will be saved in reserve, for so-called rainy days.
The remaining 2.2.% will be earmarked to cover operating expenses.
