Pair Arrested in Pharmacy Theft

Officers called in during theft at Shoppers Drug Mart on St. Andrews Avenue in Grimsby

A search of one suspect and her car turned up some stolen property along with a cache of drugs including fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine, prescription narcotics and cocaine.

The estimated street value of the drugs is around $22,000.

Police have charged 29 year old Lukas Latka of Grimsby with theft and 52 year old Lynn Marcoux of Welland with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime.
