A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at St. Martin Catholic Elementary School in Smithville.
The Niagara Catholic District School Board says two people have the virus; the first tested positive last Friday and the second was discovered yesterday.
They're self-isolating and their close contacts will be notified.
A school outbreak is declared whenever two or more individuals test positive for COVID-19.
