Amber Alert notifications didn't go to cellphones across Ontario this morning, after an alert was issued
Questions are being raised after an early morning Amber Alert wasn't sent to cell phones across the province.
The alert was issued for a three month old girl and her father, who had last been seen in the village of Roseneath.
The baby was later found safe, and the father is currently in custody.
According to the OPP, people in the area where the child was last seen did get the alert, but it didn't go to phones across the province.
Police are working to identify the cause of the issue.
