One person hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
A 50 year old man was taken to hospital after a collision between an e-Bike and a Volkswagen.
Around 3:40 p.m. on September 1st, emergency crews were called to the area of Bradley Street and Mountain Street.
Investigators say prior to the crash, the grey Volkswagen Rabbit had been involved in a road rage incident with a white Nissan.
Both cars were travelling westbound on Bradley Road.
The Volkswagen driver tried to make a righthand turn onto Mountain Street, when it lost control, hit a curb, and struck an e-bike heading southbound on Mountain Road.
The e-bike driver was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A 26 year old St. Catharines man has been charged with Careless Driving - Cause Bodily harm or Death under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
Officers wish to speaks with the Nissan driver, and anyone with information is asked to call the Niagara Regional Police Service at 905-688-4111, ext.1002200.
