The NRP stopped about 600 vehicles while conducting R.I.D.E programs in Niagara Falls and Thorold.
Officers issued 26 breathalyzer tests on Friday but only one driver blew over the legal limit.
They had their license suspended for three days.
The NRP receives funding from the Ministry of the Solicitor General for the Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere program.
