The death toll remains at 411, and 28 patients remain at local hospitals with the virus.
Nine local COVID-19 patients are in ICUs.
Over 360,000 vaccines have been administered, with about 64 percent of the population receiving one dose, and over 11 percent fully vaccinated.
There are 311 active cases and 10 active outbreaks.
