The region says there were networking opportunities between Niagara businesses and Quebec-based companies, giving insight into this region's economic priorities.
There was also a marine-focused panel, with experts from CSL group, which is a world-wide shipping provider, also Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority and other Quebec groups.
Niagara regional chair Jim Bradley says this collaboration illustrates the innovative thinking and close partnership that'll help reduce barriers to interprovincial trade.
Quebec representatives say they are ready to do business in Niagara, which in turn helps both provinces.
