Niagara is now in Step 2 of the economic re-opening plan the province of Ontario has put forward.

If a haircut is what you have been missing most, today is the day to get a long overdue cut and style.

Hair salons and similar personal-service facilities can officially open with masking and capacity rules in place

Niagara moved into the second step of its economic re-opening plan just after midnight.

The re-opening is great news for retail as well as stores can open and welcome more shoppers inside.

Groups of up to 25 people can now gather outside and five can gather inside.

Outdoor attractions and performance events can also open with capacity rules.
