The areas final New Year's Levee went off with a bang as cannon fire echoed down Victoria Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The review says the only Levee in Niagara Falls featured three cannon blasts at the Niagara Military Museum.
Around 150 people attended the event which is now in it's 5th year.
New Year's levees are mostly a Canadian tradition dating back to 1646
Current politicians aren't normally part of the Levee, Wayne Gates said the threat of imminent war between the U-S and Iran makes it extremely important to celebrate Canada and it's veterans to start 2020.
