A Niagara Falls man was in shock, when he found out he won $181,475.50 with Lotto 6/49.
Richard Armour won the second prize in the October 16th prize draw.
He bought his ticket at the Food Basics on McLeod Road. When he found out he won, he asked the cashier to check it three times!
Armour is a retired husband and a father of one. He plans to invest his windfall.
