Anyone entering Niagara College required to wear a medical grade or three-play cloth mask indoors through May
Niagara College is extending its masking policy through the month of May and until further notice.
The College says this is being done in response to a surge in COVID-19 infections as Ontario battles a sixth wave.
Anyone entering any of the school's campuses must wear a three-ply cloth mask or a medical grade mask indoors.
If you forget to bring one, you can get a mask at various locations on both campuses, including the following:
- InfoCentres
- International centres
- NCSAC offices
- Libraries
- Enrolment Services, Student Engagement
- Academic Advisement & Career Services
- Health, Wellness & Accessibility Services
- Athletics/Fitness front counters
Meanwhile, the school's mandatory vaccination policy will be removed effective April 23rd, and students, employees and visitors will also be able to enter campuses through any entrance.
