This is in relation to a 3-vehicle crash in Wainfleet back in September
A Simcoe man is facing many charges including impaired driving by drugs after a 3-vehicle crash in Wainfleet.
It was September 9th, when police were called to the scene in the Forks Road and Mills Race Road area.
Five people were hurt, three of them were sent to hospital.
Yesterday, police arrested 34-year old Logan William Beam, and charged him with:
- Dangerous Operation Causing Bodily Harm (4 counts)
- Impaired Operation of a Conveyance Causing Bodily Harm – Drug (4 counts)
- Operation at or Above Low Blood Drug Concentration
- Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon in a Motor Vehicle
- Possession of a Firearm, Weapon or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order
- Possession of a Schedule III Substance
He had a bail hearing yesterday.
