Police say 2 people met through an online dating app
Meeting through an online dating app has led to sexual assault charges against a St. Catharines man.
Police say they started an investigation in January in St. Catharines, that revealed a man and woman met via the internet.
Yesterday, police say they arrested Jeffrey Battle, charging him with sexual assault, and overcome resistance by attempting to choke.
Call police if you know anything about this case.
