Charges include exposure to someone under the age of 16
A 60-year old Niagara Falls man is facing child luring charges after an investigation by regional police.
Officers with the Internet Child Exploitation Unit, with the help of the OPP's Child Exploitation Unit, started looking into the luring of minors on the internet in November. The search for a suspect was narrowed down this month to Niagara Falls.
They used a search warrant on a home yesterday, and found a number of electronic devices.
Police arrested Gil Manuel Massa, who faces a charge related to luring a child, and 3 counts of exposure to someone under 16 years old.
He remains in custody with a bail hearing today in St. Catharines.
