Police say a pedestrian was hit in St. Catharines in January, suffering life threatening injuries, but then changed to stable condition
Police have made an arrest in relation to a hit and run in January that sent a pedestrian to hospital with life threatening injuries.
Police were called to the Church and Calvin Street area of St. Catharines, to find the man seriously hurt after being hit by a vehicle.
On Friday, police arrested 33-year old Darsh Gill of Niagara Falls, who had a bail hearing and released with a future court date.
Police add they searched a Niagara Falls home, and business, and found a Dodge Caravan involved in the crash.
Police are still looking for witnesses to come forward.
At last word in January, the victim was in stable condition.
